Sullivan turns down £350m bid...
...but invites the bidders to invest a minority stake.

Quite likely they will be handed the stadium for free in a few years. They won’t sell until they get that.

There is blood in the water. GBS have run out of ideas, money and belief. Move side people and let an owner with the means and know how take over. Your time is up.

Ran out of ideas?

That would suggest them having any in the first place.

If the SPIVS ain’t selling for £350 million or before 2023. Then we are truly fucked.

Well, if ever there were a perfect time to protest, it's when there are willing buyers.

He'll do his best to stay on until 2023, I reckon.

Let's hope this is the beginning
Real shame we cant have full on protests like the last one where there were about 8k of us putting pressure on them.

Assume their selling price is still 600m which is a joke

‘US consortium with existing sporting interests’ - Holding out the hope that Jody Allen will see the light and take us over one day as part of the Seattle Seahawks/Portland Trail Blazers group, built on Microsoft cash. After the utter shitshow of GSB we’d deserve some good luck.

By the time debt is knocked of the sale amount what they would have to pay back selling before 2023 is not a vast sum. They will lose far more if the club go down.

Gold wont last 2 years and will Sullivan have the cash to buy his shares?

Two articles by two West Ham reporters, one of whom spins for the owners, not sure I'm fully onboard with this as seems like the owners way of deflection

There's nothing worse than hope for a West Ham fan as it never arrives

Sullivan needs a friendly nudge ya know near his Essex gaff

Sullivan needs to be persuaded that it’s in his best interests to accept
And that his life will be an utter misery until he does.
He shouldn’t be allowed to show his face in public inside or outside the ground

Them finally going one day will be like winning the football league and champions league.

Clueless, classless, embarrassments, year in year out.

At £350 million the claw back is only £8.1 million, then another 12.5% on anything above the £350 million.

Not that they'd sell for £350 million, but relegation, as Chester says, would put a massive dent in the sale proceeds.

So what is the club worth?

How do you work out it’s value?

Value of players and possible future earnings of club?

How’s it worked out

I reckon this is it gents! Here we go! Taken over this year and relegated this season!

Rust a difficult to blue it when we dont own the ground but will more than likely be given it for a small amount fairly soon.

I think ideally they would like £600 million, but would accept £500 million at a push.

Re: Sullivan turns down £350m bid...
As of June, Forbes had us valued at 616m US dollars (£480m) and 17th highest valued in European football.

A covid relegation season must have them shitting it a bit.
